Terms of service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of SincroHost. Please read them carefully: by creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using SincroHost, you accept these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the company you represent. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What SincroHost offers
SincroHost is a channel manager: it syncs the rates, availability and restrictions of your properties with the sales channels you connect (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) and brings their bookings into a single calendar. The connection to the channels is made through a specialized technology provider. SincroHost is not a travel agency or a booking intermediary: the contract for each stay is between you and your guest.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it:
- Keep your password secret and let us know right away if you think someone accessed your account without permission.
- If you invite other people to your company, you are responsible for their access and for removing it when they should no longer have it.
- Your account and property details must be accurate and up to date.
Channels and third-party services
Each channel has its own terms, commissions and policies, and you must comply with them. SincroHost relies on the connections the channels offer: if a channel changes, limits or suspends its connection, or rejects a value, syncing may be affected for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for channels’ decisions about your listings, your account with them or their payments.
Your responsibilities
When using SincroHost, you agree to:
- Review the rates, availability and restrictions you enter: the service sends the channels what you configure.
- Keep an eye on the alerts in the dashboard (for example, overbookings or sync errors) and act in time.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business, such as tourism, tax and data protection laws for your guests’ data.
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes, not try to access other customers’ data, and not overload or interfere with the system.
Service availability
We work to keep SincroHost running without interruptions and to get changes to the channels within seconds, but we can’t guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. There may be pauses for maintenance, channel limits or third-party failures. Whenever possible, we’ll give advance notice of planned maintenance.
Pricing and payments
The price of the service and the payment method are the ones you agree with us when you sign up. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes. If a payment is overdue, we may suspend the service after notifying you. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
Your data
Your property and booking data belong to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. When we process your guests’ data, we do so on your behalf and following your instructions. You can download your bookings at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SincroHost is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or bookings, or for damages caused by the channels, the connectivity provider or incorrect data entered in your account. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event.
Nothing above limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law that cannot be waived.
Cancelling the service
You can stop using SincroHost whenever you want by writing to contacto@sincrohost.com. Before cancelling, you can download your bookings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you first unless it’s urgent to protect the service or other customers. After cancellation, we’ll delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we’ll let you know in advance by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are an agreement between you and AQC LLC, the company that operates SincroHost, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Before making any claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
