Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to assist you and provide the service:

• The data you send us through the demo form: name, email and, if you provide them, phone, country, number of units, and message.
• Your account data, if you sign up: name, email, and information about your properties.
• Data from the bookings we receive from the channels you connect, needed to sync your calendar.
• Basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure and running.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Respond to your demo request and contact you about SincroHost.
• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the service: sync availability, rates, and bookings with the channels you connect.
• Send you important notices about the service, such as sync alerts or changes to these terms.
• Protect the service and improve how it works.

We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share your data with

Only with the providers that help us operate the service (web hosting, database, email delivery, and channel connectivity), who process the data on our behalf and with appropriate security measures. When you connect a channel, we exchange with it the information needed to sync your calendar. We may also share data if a law or a competent authority requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. In those cases, we strive to ensure they offer an adequate level of protection.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data while you have an active account or for as long as it’s needed to handle your request. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except for any data the law requires us to keep. Technical logs of the channel connection are deleted automatically after 90 days. The copy of each booking received from channels is also deleted after 90 days: guest data stays only in the booking itself.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at contacto@sincrohost.com and we’ll respond as soon as possible. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use technical cookies that are necessary for the site to work, for example to keep you logged in to the dashboard. We don’t use advertising cookies. If this changes, we’ll update this policy.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is foolproof, but we work to keep your information secure.

Minors

SincroHost is a service for businesses and is not intended for minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we’ll note it on this page with a new update date.
